3 points of interest

  • Panorama

    La Petite-Pierre Viewpoint

A very nice view on La Petite-Pierre on the right, Imsthal below and on the Vosges hills bristling with trees in front.
  • Geology

    Rocher de Hirschfels

The geological movements of the deformation of the Vosges have caused numerous fractures in the sandstone. It is through these zones of weakness in the rocky masses that runoff water infiltrates and enlarges the cracks in the course of time, sometimes causing the detachment of whole sections of rocks that slide down the slopes. Their remains can still be found today in the forest, as small isolated rocks, of which the Hirschfels is an example.
  • Panorama

    Rocher du Loosthal

In good weather, this magnificent viewpoint on the Vosges hills bristling with trees allows to see the castle of Hunebourg, on the left.
